Bright Creative is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Freelance Stylist Agent to join our growing agency.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, entertainment and talent representation who wants to help develop talent, build industry relationships and secure new business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with fashion brands, PR agencies and production companies.
- Source and secure styling, editorial, commercial and brand opportunities.
- Identify new talent and potential representation opportunities.
- Manage talent enquiries, bookings and client relationships.
- Negotiate fees and develop long-term partnerships.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience or knowledge of fashion, celebrity styling, talent management or PR.
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Existing industry contacts would be an advantage.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
This is a flexible, freelance, commission-based opportunity:
- 20% commission on agency commission income from new business you personally secure.
- 10% commission on agency commission income from existing bookings you actively manage.
There is potential for the role to grow as Bright Creative expands.
